What is the cost of everything?

Your fees are as based off preferred provider listings set by various health insurance companies; these vary between companies. If you are not a member of one of the major health insurance providers, we still use their fee level as a guide.

When are we open?

We are open Monday to Friday. 9:00am am till 5:00 pm. After hours appointments can be pre-booked, as can Saturday appointments.

Why is there a cost gap so often?

This occurs when the health insurance company has decided not to fully cover fees as per their list. However, the amount of the gap varies depending on what level of insurance membership you have decided to agree upon. If you are unhappy with the level of cover or the gap amount, please discuss this with the Health insurance provider.

Which is the best health fund to join?

I wish I could give you an answer, but it depends on what you are looking for and how much time you have to research all the options that Health insurance providers make available.

Does payment have to be on the day?

Yes, we expect payment on the day. Eftpos and Hicaps are available at the front desk. Quotations can be given before treatment is begun. Some treatments are not a single visit and this will be explained before starting any of these procedures.

Is there pensioner discount?

We give a discount to those with a Current Pensioner Card of approximately 15%. To those with a current Seniors Card, a 10% discount will apply.

Is there a discount if I pay cash?

We are happy to negotiate this prior to starting procedures.
